Logo Art provides logo design and related services, including but not limited to custom logo creation, branding consultation, and logo editing.
The specific details of the services, including pricing and deliverables, are outlined in your project agreement or order confirmation.
The use of Logo Art's services may be subject to fees. The pricing and payment terms are specified in your project agreement or order confirmation.
Logo Art reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. You will be notified in advance of any changes, and the new pricing will apply to new orders or renewals.
You are responsible for providing valid payment information and ensuring that your payment details are accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and feedback during the logo design process. This includes details about your brand, preferences, and any specific requirements.
You must respond promptly to communications from Logo Art, including requests for feedback and approvals.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final logo design. Once you provide approval, changes may be subject to additional fees.
You are responsible for ensuring that the logo and any related materials provided by Logo Art do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Logo Art retains all rights to its intellectual property, including but not limited to design concepts, drafts, and templates.
Upon final payment, you will own the rights to the final approved logo design and related materials. Logo Art may retain the right to display the logo design in its portfolio or promotional materials.
The number of revisions allowed may vary based on your project agreement. Extra charges may apply to additional revisions.
Logo Art offers a satisfaction guarantee, and in the event that you are not satisfied with the initial logo concepts, we may provide a refund or additional design options at our discretion.
Logo Art reserves the right to suspend or terminate your project or account at our discretion for any reason, including non-compliance with this Agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, Logo Art's liability for any claims arising from this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the services.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Logo Art is registered.
Logo Art reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of any changes, and it is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
